Ana Arias
Postdoctoral Xunta de Galicia Fellow
I studied my degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Santiago de Compostela, and later I did my Master´s degree in Chemical Engineering and Bioprocesses, at the same university. My main interests are based on environmental management and on the use of waste streams as potential raw materials to obtain new valuable products, promoting in this way the concept of circular economy. My research line is based on the application of the life cycle assesment methodology to evaluate different valuable processes related with lignocellulosic refinery and waste management.
