Sara Lago

PhD Candidate

I studied Biology at the University of Santiago de Compostela and specialized in Environmental Engineering at the same university. I have worked on various projects such as the remediation of mining, agricultural and brownfield soils; in the biomonitoring of the concentration of metals in the atmosphere using moss; and in the recovery of endemic species of the Mediterranean Sea in danger of extinction. Currently, I am working on the analysis of the environmental sustainability of agricultural systems.
