I have studied the degree in chemical engineering at the USC and later the master's degree in chemical engineering at the UPM. Both projects are related to the environment, the TFG dealt with the recovery of olive pruning waste to obtain lignin and cellulose. While the TFM, the production of biogas in a wastewater treatment plant was improved using organic waste, to be used as fuel or to generate electricity. In addition, I have a master's degree in HS from the UE. My current research activity focuses on the implementation of autotrophic biological nitrogen removal processes based on the anammox process.
