On December the 14th of 2018, the PhD Candidate, Stefano Longo, defended his Doctoral Thesis entitled "Assessment of energy efficiency in wastewater treatment plants. Turning data into useful information" His work was supervised by Almudena Hospido and Miguel Mauricio and it was developed in the frame of the H2020 ENERWATER Project.

Throughout these years, Stefano has developed his research work at the Technological Research Institute of the USC but also he spent in 2017 a research stay at Surrey Energy Economics Centre of the University of Surrey (UK).

The comission was formed by María Luz Loureiro (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela), Lluis Corominas (Universitat de Girona) and Silva Fiore (Politecnico di Torino). Congratulation Stefano!
