Postdoctoral Researcher

Chemical engineer graduated in 2019 and with a master’s degree in chemical and bioprocess engineering since 2021 by the University of Santiago de Compostela. I am currently a PhD student granted with a FPI fellowship working on the integration of the concepts of circular economy and sustainability with design and scale-up for wastewater treatment technologies and processes. I have been able to participate in European projects such as Run4Life and BIORECER, Spanish national projects like HP-Nanobio and regional contracts such as Innovaugas, among others. Inside them, methodologies like Life Cycle Assessment, Life Cycle costing and indicators were used to have a complete diagnosis of systems with very different scale (laboratory, decentralized and centralized).
