Alberto Fraile

PhD Candidate

Graduated in Environmental Sciences from UAH and specialized training in "Environmental Management and Circular Economy at company" from both UAH and AENOR, along with a Master's in Environmental Engineering from USC. My professional journey has been diverse, encompassing roles as a quality and environmental technician in the waste and construction sectors, as well as in environmental consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on Carbon Footprint and ISO14001 compliance.
My thesis is focused on the development of new metrics to combine Life Cycle Analysis and Ecosystem Services, with a double objective: Improve the communication of environmental impacts and benefits of innovative and sustainable practices in agriculture and livestock, and the optimization of the use of land in territories with multiple activities. I am actively involved in projects like RURALtXA! and CÓMBARO (FEADER 2023/052B).
