Congratulations to Cristina Cambeses for the Defense of his Doctoral on the sustainability of consumer diets and their impact on health, the environment and the economy. Her work proposes a new path for the creation of more effective food policies and advocates the incorporation of environmental education in school programs as a driver of change in long-term eating habits.This research work, also, made a significant contribution to the field of environmental education, since the educational game Eat Healthy... Eat Sustainable was designed and created. The Thesis was supervisded by Prof Gumersindo Feijoo and Prof. Maite Moreira.
