Last thursday 11th of April, took place the ceremony of Leornardo Awards on the ocassion of the day of the School of Engineering (ETSE´s day) where some researchers of the Biogroup were awarded for their research or/and academic activity.
- Gumersindo Feijoo, Maite Moreira and Juan M. Lema received the Leonardo Award for their research activity.
- Gumersindo Feijoo also received the Leornado award for his teaching in the Master in Environmental Engineering.
- Alberto Liñares received the award to Best final Thesis of the Master of Chemical Engineering and Bioprocesses.
- Alba Rodríguez received the Leonardo award for the best Academic Record obtained in the Master in Environmental Engineering.
- Lucia Argiz obtained a total of 4 awards: Best Academic Record and Extraordinary award obtained in the Master in Environmental Engineering, the VIAQUA award for the best Master Thesis, and she was also been awarded by the Linguistic Normalization Service of University of Santiago de Compostela for her Master Thesis “Optimization of the enrichment of a mixed culture for the production of polyhydroxyalcanoates from mussel cooking wastewater”.
