Last June, Gumersindo Feijoo was awarded by the Spanish Federation of Recovery and Recycling (FER) for his firm commitment and defense of the environmental protection, as well as for his important contribution to the dissemination of environmental values to society.

The Mother Earth Award "A lifetime dedicated to recovery" was given in the occasion of the 17th Congress of the Spanish Federation of Recovery and Recycling (FER), held on June 13 and 14 at the Parador de Baiona (Pontevedra, Spain). The recognition of the FER has been delivered for years to highlight institutions, companies or people with a long history in the field of recovery and recycling, and in the defense of sustainable development.
